One Person, One Ticket
This isn't a car show where you register your 911 and bring whoever you want. Every single person who shows up needs their own ticket. Yes, the price is the same for drivers and passengers, one size fits all.
Here's how it works:
The math is simple: Count the people, buy that many tickets. Everyone gets the same experience, everyone pays the same price.
What Your Registration Includes
What It Doesn't Include
The Hard Truth About Registration
Registration is limited. When we're full, we're full. Last year we sold out in six minutes.
There's no registration on-site. None. Zero. Don't even think about it.
Don't show up hoping to register the day of the event. Our volunteers are check in don't want to be the one telling you "no," and you don't want to be the one hearing it.
The Waitlist
Once we sell out, there's a waitlist. People's plans change, cars break down, life happens. If a spot opens up, we'll email you through Eventbrite with 24 hours to claim it.
The waitlist will be long. Really long.
Important Reminder
Questions?
Read this again. Then read it once more. If you're still confused, email us: info@hillcountryrallye.com.
But honestly, it's pretty straightforward:
Life Happens — We Get It
Cars break down. Work conflicts arise. Weather gets weird. Family emergencies happen.
We understand that sometimes plans change, even when you've been looking forward to four days of Hill Country driving since the moment you hit "register."
Refunds are available until February 1, 2026
How Refunds Work
If you need to cancel before February 1st: You'll get a full refund minus any processing fees that Eventbrite charged us. We don't keep any extra, whatever we paid in fees, that's what gets deducted from your refund.
You can request a refund through Eventbrite, here are some instructions: https://www.eventbrite.com/help/en-us/articles/721549/can-i-get-a-refund/
After February 1st: No refunds. Period.
By that point, we've already committed to catering numbers, ordered commemorative items, and made final arrangements with the hotel and local vendors.
